Zouhaier Ghorghar is a perfume enthusiast who has devoted more than 20 years to this delicate art. It was during his first visit to the perfumers' souk in the Medina of Tunis that he fell in love with this enchanting world. Since then, he has continued to perfect his craft, immersing himself in traditional and modern techniques of artisanal perfumery. He opened his own shop, ‘Al Zitouna’, located a few steps from the Zitouna Mosque, where he welcomes enthusiasts and curious visitors in a warm atmosphere. Through his workshop, Zouhaier conveys not only his love for fragrances, but also a part of Tunisian olfactory culture, where each perfume tells a story and embodies a way of life.
